We’ve been making custom mattresses for the marine industry for more than 57 years. Whether for the master stateroom in a mega-yacht, or a v-berth in a runabout, we’ll work within your budget to give you the best custom marine mattress available. Would you like an adjustable boat bed or electric bed? We can make one to fit your space. We can also help you with custom sheets and mattress pads.

Custom marine mattresses are available in all styles, including high-resilient foam, combo foam, latex foam, innerspring, Visco (memory) foam and are specially constructed by our craftsmen in our West Palm Beach, FL workroom. We will also fit any custom mattress with a hinge if desired. We use only high-end damask ticking with standard quilt or pillow-top features (1 or 2-sided) for our boat beds. To provide the perfect fit, we template and cut-to-shape your Master Stateroom, VIP Stateroom, captain cabin & crew mattresses, bunk or pullman and V-berth mattresses.
