How is it made?

The talalay mattress is made when a small amount of latex is poured into a mold. After this step, the air will be extracted to distribute the foam liquid inside of the mold to create a consistent round and open cell structure. Next, the mattress core is “flash frozen” in order to lock the cell structure in place, and prevent any unwanted particles from settling into place.
