In a recent article by Carol M. Bareuther in the blog All At Sea titled E.J. Schrader Marine Mattress Company Celebrates 60 Years, Bareuther writes about how Enoch Schrader started making mattresses in a small rented building in 1956, and has since grown into a third generation business.

The article discusses how we started by creating residential mattresses, and have since created marine mattresses, aviation mattresses, and many other types of mattresses.
